Scope & Aim
The pandemic has had a huge impact on people's routines and many vital sectors, as well as reshaping social behavior around the world. The food and beverage industry also took its share from this change and entered a rapid digitalization process.
Our aim is to research the 'Billing & Payment Experience' of merchants and offer innovations that will improve their negative experience and make their experience unique.
Service Analysis
It includes the preliminary research outputs (proto-persona, service blueprint) carried out to understand the current service in accordance with the plan of the Service Design project. In this project, one-to-one interviews with project stakeholders, proto-persona workshop and desk research were used as research methods.
Research
It includes research outputs ( Emphaty map, Persona Card, Journey Mapping, Insight Statements) that aim to understand the reflection of the service on customers by field research.
Ideation
It includes the method and outputs by which design ideas are generated for the insights obtained through holistic research conducted in the Service Design project.
